MarinerHelp operates on a "Pay After Approval" model:
- No upfront payment — you are not charged until your documents are approved by the USCG or relevant authority.
- Transparent pricing — all fees are clearly stated before you begin the process.
- Refund policy — if we fail to deliver the service as promised, you owe nothing.
Important: Any attempt to dispute a legitimate charge after successful document approval may result in suspension of your account and legal action.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
MarinerHelp provides services "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:
- That USCG processing times will be exact — they are subject to government delays.
- That all applications will be approved — approval is ultimately at the discretion of the USCG.
- That our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our commitment: We will do everything in our power to ensure your documents are complete and correctly submitted. However, final approval rests with the USCG and other regulatory bodies.
